      <title>ABSTRACT</title>
      <p>Industrialized Construction (IC) has emerged as a key strategy for advancing the construction industry toward higher levels of productivity, efficiency, and sustainability.  While IC has gained considerable traction in developed economies, its implementation in emerging contexts such as Chile continues to face significant barriers, particularly those linked to the triple constraint of cost, time, and scope, as well as challenges in generating and capturing value.  To address these gaps, this study proposes and validates a conceptual model designed to support IC adoption in developing countries.  The model was initially constructed through a bibliometric analysis of 134 scientific articles, which enabled the identification and synthesis of critical success factors influencing implementation.  A mixed-methods approach was then applied to refine the framework, integrating both qualitative and quantitative insights.  Validation employed a two-round Delphi method, first with construction professionals and subsequently with IC experts.  This process secured consensus regarding the model’s coherence, applicability, and practical relevance.  The validated framework offers a transferable tool that can be adapted to different national contexts, contributing to the acceleration of IC adoption in emerging economies and fostering the transition toward more sustainable and innovative construction practices.</p>
