Regular, exhibitor, and student registrations include only conference lunches, coffee breaks, reception, banquet, and conference proceedings. Accompanying person (AP) registration includes only lunches and coffee breaks, reception, banquet, and AP tours during the main conference.
Students will be required to show a bonafide student ID at time of check-in.
Authors (including co-authors) may submit up to TWO manuscripts for one registration fee; for each additional manuscript published an additional fee must be paid, as shown in the payment schedule.
