Registration for publishing manuscripts is now CLOSED.

The regular, exhibitor, and student registrations pay only for all conference lunches, coffee breaks, reception, banquet, conference proceedings, technical sessions, and technical tours. Up to two manuscripts are covered by the regular registration fee; each additional manuscript will cost US$ 250. The accompanying person (AP) registration pays only for all lunches and coffee breaks, reception, banquet, and AP tours during the main conference. There shall be an extra charge for all post-conference cultural tours.

Payment Instructions

You can pay online (below) using the Registration Options below, which will take you to the PayPal site. Paypal is operational in most, but not all, countries of the world. Should you be unable to find your country in the pull-down menus below, you may pay your registration fee by sending a bank draft or cashier's check, made payable to ISEC SOCIETY, and drawn on a bank in the USA, to the following address:

Should you wish to pay by wire transfer, please first contact the ISEC Secretariat at isec.sec@gmail.com for arrangements.

Payment may also be made by international money order or travelers cheques made payable to ISEC Society. Payment may also be made using Western Union. Kindly contact ISEC staff if you wish to use these options.

If you have submitted a manuscript for the conference, please be sure to enter your manuscript number(s) and attendee's name in the "Add special instructions to the seller" field appearing under the Shipping address, when reviewing your information after entering your credit card number and making payment on the PayPal website.
