Preface


It is with great pleasure that we present the proceedings of the International Structural Engineering and Construction Conference 2025 (ISEC-2025) and the 7th Australasia Structural Engineering Construction (ASEA-SEC-07), held under the theme of "Integrating Technology for Advanced Practices in Structural Engineering and Construction."

This year's conference holds special significance as it marks the 25th anniversary of the International Structural Engineering and Construction (ISEC) Society.  Over the past two decades, ISEC has served as a vital platform for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and the advancement of professional practice in the built environment.  We are proud to celebrate this milestone with a dynamic and diverse program that reflects the Society's ongoing commitment to excellence and innovation.

ISEC-2025 / ASEA-SEC-07 provides a platform for interdisciplinary exchange and collaboration, fostering innovative ideas and practical solutions for the challenges faced by the construction industry today.  The conference serves as a forum for presenting cutting-edge research findings, discussing emerging trends, and exploring novel approaches in various areas of structural engineering and construction.  The topics covered in these proceedings reflect the diverse and evolving nature of structural engineering and construction, and many related fields.  From advancements in innovative concrete materials to cutting-edge developments in green infrastructure design, the breadth of research presented here highlights the depth of expertise and knowledge within the global professional and academic community.

The contributions showcased in these proceedings demonstrate the authors' strong commitment to advancing the discipline.  They offer valuable insights, propose innovative methodologies, and present practical solutions that have the potential to shape the future of structural engineering and construction practice worldwide.
