On behalf of the ISEC Society and the Universitat Politecnica de Valencia, we are very pleased to invite you to participate in the Ninth (9th) International Structural Engineering and Construction Conference in the beautiful and historic harbor city of Valencia, Spain July 24-29, 2017.

The city of Valencia is the capital of arts and sciences of Spain. It is located near the famous Turia River and is the center of many cultural and art events in Europe. The city offers a wide range of touristic attractions that include visits to the old town Carmen Quarters, medieval fortresses, planetarium, modern arts and science museums, beautiful beaches, and much more.

The Conference promises to be an excellent and successful engineering and scientific Conference of the highest standards. It will bring top researchers from many leading research institutions around the world to exchange ideas and discuss the latest research developments and findings. All submitted manuscripts will go through a rigorous peer review process, and only those accepted will be published in the Conference Proceedings, which shall be indexed by Scopus.

We look forward to seeing and meeting you in Valencia in 2017. The Conference Local Committee will provide unforgettable guided cultural tours in Valencia and surrounding areas for the conference delegates and their guests. Technical tours of famous engineering and architectural landmarks within the area will also be provided.
