Standard Registration
An author may submit up to TWO manuscripts for one registration fee. An additional fee is required for any additional manuscript beyond two. See the 'Miscellaneous' section for more details.

- Conference package includes registration, dinner banquet, and welcome reception.
- On-site exhibitors receive a presentation space of 4 meters x 2 meters, one table 1.4 meters x 0.6 meters, two chairs, two presentation charts 1.5 meters x 1.5 meters, electrical power supply with multiple plugs, conference wi-fi, as well as free access to the conference for two people including coffee breaks and lunches. The Evening Welcome Reception and Dinner Banquet are extra and have to be paid for.
- Accompanying person (A/P) registration includes lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and A/P tours during the main conference (if held). A/Ps mean only spouses, living partners, children, parents, friends, and close relatives. Any author/co-author is NOT considered an A/P.
- The student scholarship is a donation that goes towards funding scholarships for engineering students.
Payment Methods
PayPal (Credit Card)
PayPal is our preferred payment method for registration. It is fast, secure, and convenient, accepting all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal accounts. For most countries, PayPal also offers a 'Guest Checkout' option for registrants who wish to pay without creating an account.
To proceed with your payment, please click the Store menu option above. You will be redirected to our online store, where you can select the appropriate registration product and complete your purchase.
Please note that all payments made via credit card are subject to a 3.3% service fee.
Bank Wire Transfer/Western Union
If you cannot use PayPal, you may choose to pay via bank wire transfer or Western Union.
Both bank wire transfers and Western Union payments MUST include a 3.3% service fee of your total registration price.
Registrants are responsible for covering any additional transfer fees charged by their bank, intermediary banks, or Western Union.
Please note that bank wire transfers typically take 2-3 weeks for funds to clear and appear in our account, while Western Union usually takes 1-5 business days. Therefore, if you choose either of these methods, we recommend initiating the transfer as soon as possible to ensure your registration is processed in a timely manner.
If you would like to proceed with a bank wire transfer or Western Union payment, please contact us at isec.sec@gmail.com to request the necessary transfer details and instructions.
To ensure your payment is processed correctly, please include the Ref. ID of your paper(s), the full name of the registrant, and the specific product being purchased in your transfer details. Once you have submitted the request, please email us a scanned copy of your transfer confirmation. In this email, please also include your answers to the following questions:
- Would you like to sign up for the complimentary conference lunches on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 and Wednesday, September 9, 2026? If so, please indicate if you require gluten-free and/or vegetarian options.
- Do you plan to attend the opening session on Tuesday, September 8, 2026?
- How did you hear about EURO SEC 6? Please choose from the list below:
- From an email sent by the ISEC secretariat.
- Have been to an ISEC conference before.
- From an ISEC regional representative.
- From a professional newsletter.
- From a friend or colleague.
Answers to the first two questions are only required if you plan to attend the conference in person. If we do not receive a response for them, we will assume the answer is "no" for both.
Once the transfer is complete and the funds have been received, we will send you a confirmation email and receipt. Please do not request a receipt before then.
Refund Policy
For payments made by:
- PayPal/Credit Card: The PayPal fee and a US$ 25 admin and processing charge will be deducted from all refunds.
- Western Union: Any Western Union fees and a US$ 25 admin and processing charge will be deducted from all refunds.
- Bank Wire Transfer: A US$ 70 bank transfer fee and a US$ 25 admin and processing charge will be deducted from all refunds.
No refunds will be offered for registration made under the 'Publishing without Attending' category.
Refund Schedule
Eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with the following schedule:

Authors requesting a 75% refund will not have their manuscsript(s) published in the conference proceedings.
Downgrade Policies
Authors downgrading from 'Regular' or 'Student' Registration to 'Publishing without Attending' will be refunded the difference in fees, minus applicable charges based on the original payment method:
- PayPal/Credit Card: Refunded minus a 5% service fee and a US$ 25 admin and processing.
- Bank Wire Transfer: Refunded minus a US$ 70 bank transfer fee and a US$ 25 admin and processing fee.
Invoices and Receipts
Invoices
As ISEC has not yet provided any publication services at the time of registration, we do not issue invoices. However, corresponding authors may generate their own proforma invoices via their Author Workspace. If you are a co-author but wish to generate a proforma invoice to attend the conference, you must ask your corresponding author or an individual with an author account to generate the invoice for you.
If you are neither an author nor a co-author but require a proforma invoice, please contact the ISEC Secretariat at isec.sec@gmail.com.
Receipts
All registrants who make payments via PayPal will receive both an email receipt from PayPal and an automated email receipt from ISEC Society. In accordance with ISEC's paperless policy, no physical receipts will be issued. Please download and save your receipts locally.
For payments made via bank wire transfer or Western Union, registrants will receive a receipt via email once the funds have been received and processed (NOT to be confused with when the wire transfer is made or when the money is dispatched by Western Union).
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
The conference may be canceled/rescheduled due to uncertain or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, low participation, or Acts of God) at the discretion of the ISEC Society and the Conference Organizing Committee.
If the conference is rescheduled for any reason, no refunds will be provided.
If the conference is completely canceled and cannot be rescheduled, ISEC will provide refunds for your registration fees (minus the service fee and administrative fee). For more details, please see the "Refund Policy" section.
Events, activities, and timetables/technical programs are also subject to change depending on the number of participants, changes/delays with subcontractors/vendors, and scheduling conflicts.
Terms & Conditions
1. Terms
By accessing this web site, the Registrant is agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and accepts responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws. If the Registrant does not agree with any of these terms, the Registrant is prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.
2. Use License
a. Under this license the Registrant may not:
- modify or copy the materials from the ISEC website;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on ISEC-Society's web site;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if the Registrant violates any of these restrictions and may be terminated by ISEC-Society at any time. Upon terminating the Registrant's viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, the Registrant must destroy any downloaded materials in the Registrant's possession whether in electronic or printed format.
3. Disclaimer
The materials on ISEC-Society's web site are provided "as is". ISEC-Society makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, ISEC-Society does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
4. Limitations
In no event shall ISEC-Society or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ISEC-Society's Internet site, even if ISEC-Society or a ISEC-Society authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. 5. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on ISEC-Society's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Although, the ISEC-Society strives to update the website and keep it current, ISEC Society does not warrant that all of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. ISEC-Society may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. ISEC-Society does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials. The registrant accepts a duty to empty his/her cache before entering the website, and refreshing the pages before accessing information, so as to avail of the latest information.
6. Links
ISEC-Society has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by ISEC-Society of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.
7. Site Terms of Use Modifications
ISEC-Society may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site the Registrant is agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
8. Conference Cancellation Condition
Should the conference not be able to be held at the planned dates for any reason, including but not limited to Acts of God, war, civil unrest, lack of participation, economic turmoil or upheaval, natural disasters, epidemics and pandemics, labor strikes, university shutdown, government shutdown, country or city lockdown, military or police crackdown, illness or death of organizer(s), or any other impacting reason whatsoever, the conference organizers shall endeavor to reschedule the conference. No refund will be due to registrants under this circumstance, save what is under the return policy.
However, in the event the conference is totally canceled or otherwise not rescheduled, the registrant shall be entitled to a return per the return/refund policy schedule in Item 10 of his or her registration fees less the Paypal fee, and shall not be entitled to any further damages, payments or reimbursements. All accepted, paid, and copyedited articles shall still be published in open access.
The registrants and paid attendees at this conference shall hold harmless the conference organizers, including the host, all participating organizations, ISEC Society and its officers and representatives, all ISEC sponsors and co-sponsors, ISEC vendors and subcontractors, local organizing committee, ISEC technical and advisory committees, and editors and co-editors of the proceedings against all costs, damages, lost revenue, and expenses.
9. Timetable Re-scheduling
ISEC Society has the right to adjust events, activities, and timetable depending on number of participants.
10. Return/Refund Policy
The return/refund policy of this conference is given at the specific conference website under "Registration." The refund dates may be relaxed by ISEC Society, but shall not be tightened, except under extenuating circumstances of Item 8.
I, the Registrant, further understand the following:
- Those Registrants requesting a 75% refund will not have their manuscript published.
- There will be no refund for registration made under the 'Publishing without Attending' category, as this is understood to be a concessionary item.
- The Regular and Student Registrations cannot be changed for 'Publishing without Attending'.
- Other conference-specific conditions mentioned at the website also hold.
11. Release Agreement For Conference Events/Activities and/or Technical Tours/Cultural Tours
In consideration of the acceptance of my registration in the above event/activities/tour(s), I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages, for death, personal injury or property damage which I may have or which hereafter accrue to me, against ISEC Society and the conference host university as a result of my participation in all conference events/activities/tour(s).
This release is intended to discharge the ISEC Society and host university, and its officers, employees, students, and volunteers of each and any other public agencies from and against any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in the events/activities/tour(s) even though that liability may arise out of the negligence or carelessness on the part of persons or agencies mentioned above.
I, the Registrant, further understand that accidents and injuries can arise out of participation in the tours; knowing the risks, nevertheless, I hereby agree to assume those risks and to release and to hold harmless all of the persons or agencies mentioned above who (through negligence or carelessness) might otherwise be possibly liable to me (or my heirs or assigns) for damage. It is further understood and agreed that this waiver, release and assumption of risk, is to be binding on my heirs and assigns.
I, the Registrant, have read this Release Agreement, fully understand it and agree to be legally bound by it.
12. Conference Photographs
The registrant expressly permits ISEC Society, attendees, and other participants to take photographs of the conference events, any presentation, and of other activities where the Registrant may appear in the photograph.
13. Governing Law
Any claim relating to ISEC-Society's web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
